TM-XML is an XML open standard for the trademark business and for the exchange of trademark information between the Industrial Property Offices and its partners or users. TM-XML Version 1.0 Final was the base for the creation of WIPO ST.66. TM-XML Version 1.2 was aligned to ST.66 version 1.1. Current TM-XML Version 1.3 contains a revision of statuses; support for party and trade mark relations and some other minor changes. TM-XML continues its development and new additions and changes will be proposed as Proposals for Change (PFC) to the WIPO ST.66 Task Force in order to be considered for future revisions of ST.66.
