WIPO ST.66 is a WIPO Standard for the processing of trademark information using XML. The Standard was adopted by the Standing Committee on Information Technologies, Standards and Documentation Working Group (SCIT/SDWG) during its 8th Session on March, 2007. A revision of the Standard, version 1.1, was adopted by the ST.66 Task Force on December 3, 2007

 TM-XML is an XML open standard for the trademark business and for the exchange of trademark information between the Industrial Property Offices and its partners or users. TM-XML Version 1.0 Final was the base for the creation of WIPO ST.66. Current TM-XML Version 1.2 is aligned to ST.66 version 1.1. TM-XML continues its development and new additions and changes will be proposed as Proposals for Change (PFC) to the WIPO ST.66 Task Force in order to be considered for future revisions of ST.66.
