Class Number 0 (Not Yet Classified)

- What is the meaning of class number zero (0)?
- Answer
- When the total or partial list of goods and services is supplied by the applicant without class number and not yet classified by OHIM, its class number is set to 0 (Number zero) which means "To Classify".
Disappearance of Trade Mark (Due to its Deletion)

- Why some trade marks disappear when a database is rebuilt with a new Full Download of CTMs?
- Answer
- CTM-Download until the version 3.5 (September 2008) doesn't provide deletion of trade mark messages in its differential download instances so the trade marks which have disappeared are, in fact, deleted (logically) because they are duplicate (Double key-in).
