- Added optional TradeMarkRelationDetails element in TransactionData grouping an unbounded set of TradeMarkRelation elements for the specification of relationships between trade marks. No impact on existing instances.
- TradeMarkRelationType allows the specification of relations between trade marks in a similar way to RDF triples (subject, property and object):
- TradeMarkIdentifier (subject)
- TradeMarkRelationKind (property)
- RelatedTradeMarkIdentifier (object)
- TradeMarkRelationKindType is an enumeration type specifying the nature of the relation (property). Values are:
- Parent Division
- Child Division
